Trash Tiki Pop-Up at the Anderson Bar

The Trash Tiki pop-up stopped in Miami Thursday, August 3, and Friday, August 4, for founding bartenders Kelsey Ramage and Iain Griffiths to create custom cocktails with leftovers from the Anderson Bar. This pop-up project encourages a more sustainable and creative approach to serving cocktails in the 305. Miami's signature drinks included ingredients like watermelon rinds, citrus husks, coffee grounds, and ginger pulp, adding some flavor to the electrified crowd. Photography by Karli Evans.
